Quality Control Measures

We take stringent quality control measures at shingarsilky.com to ensure our products are correctly packed and free from manufacturing defects. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we are here to assist you with the exchange process.

Easy Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact us at 9930002195 within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Please include images/videos of the product, including all packaging, covers, and the invoice. The approval of return/exchange is subject to the discretion of Team Shingar.

Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

          Wrong product delivered

          Expired product delivered

          Damaged product received (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)

          Incomplete order (missing products)

For cases of non-delivery (i.e., missing items), kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing at customercare@shingarlimited.com with your order details and order ID.

Exclusions from Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or expected wear & tear are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

 

Replacement Products

Monetary refunds for exchanges/refunds or replacements are not provided. However, if you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will dispatch a replacement product (exact or similar) with the earliest possible delivery.
